The job of checking vehicle insurance is done by the Police in more Advanced countries like Germany and the United Kingdom. Road Safety is more about road traffic, vehicle breakdowns, assistance to stranded drivers and pedestrians. I believe the Nigerian Police have more resources to take on such responsibilities. They should be provided with Cars and cameras that can pick none insured vehicles right from the National insurance database.
