I'm doing the same setup in my environment. Walking through everything and able to get all the leafs to ping the SPINES. Are you suppose to be able to ping the loopback0 of the spine 1 going to spine 2 and vice versa. I see it being blocked as a loop prevention

It should work. This is a L3 leaf-spine topology. What do you mean exactly by loop prevention? A routing loop?

you need to advertise the loopbacks in BGP to be able to ping them
