Ariston Genus One - Gas valve malfunction, error code 5P3, flame cuts

Hello! If you didn't put that small black plastic protection, didn't it give error 5P3? Was that little piece blocking the piston? Or don't let the piston open all the way?

Because of loose little bumper, piston can't fully open gas valve, too much air, lack of gas in combustion chamber cause flame cuts

I am currently struggling with an Ariston Genus One 5P3 error. I replaced the gas valve, which was clearly full of dirt and the filter was torn. But the 5P3 error is still present with the new gas valve.

What do you call a bumper? That little black plastic piece in the piston head? It's like you chose not to wear it!!!! Or did I not understand correctly? I saw that the piston that regulates the pressure had a small plastic piece. In the end I understood that you didn't put it on the assembly anymore.

Bumper=little black piece, it is kind of rubber material, it's supposed to avoid clicking noise when valve opening, therefore "bumper", I think due aging rubber get shrinking and do not hold in place-in piston.

PCB board it's the problem for all Ariston Alteas / Genus One gas boilers .

I have 3 years old (so i guess its "young" boiler) Genus One 35 boiler with this problem. Service man exchanged pcb for 300 eur, and 5p3 error still happening, I called him back, he said gas valve or control panel first one is 420 eur, second one is 550 eur, I refuse both and I am here to try to solve the issue. Tomorrow I try this. (Dont tell my wife, she worry about "its gas") With serviceman I am going to bankrupt before it will fix.

So I am here, I checked this bumper, but this was in the correct place. The boiler do the error code as well. there remaint two options, first is electrode exchange, second one is control panel.
