Histograms are constructed when sir - only equal or both equal and unequal

For second question a is given as answer sir. Maybe if we add half+1 in first term as power and 1-0.5 in second term as power it will round off to √8

No.. X=3/2 and y=0 .. Only these values would satisfy. Option a is no where near to these values.. So none of these is the right answer...
