If you really make an impact, get laws going that companies are only allowed to spill water of that purified level into rivers and anything else would lead to the company getting shut down. Just have that as a federal law. How ever it became socially acceptable to dumb waste into nature is just beyond me or how some seemingly get away with such practises.
