As a designer and construction estimator, the multiple finishes in the bathrooms had to be a nightmare to price and fabricate. Most trends are leading towards unified finishes for secondary bathrooms and the wow factors in the master. That's my only critic. Otherwise, great price for the size home and lot including the Casita!!!

No one that knows az wants to live in Apache junction lol. The price is ridiculous for the location, I would pay that for a camelback house not AJ.

Unfortunately, you don't have any idea what you're talking about. That house might be overpriced. But a lot of houses sell for over a million dollars on the mountain.
