What is up with these hybrid gangs? Arizona is one of the first when it comes to Mexican and Native Crips and Bloods. To me it doesnt make sense at all, Crips and Bloods are a predominate African American thing. Why did these Mexicans and Natives adopt there culture and gangs??? Very very odd in my opinion.
