Hi Elo, thanks for watching! No catch at all, this is the income tax LAW in Arizona! For states that charge a State Income tax, Arizona is now the lowest! Some states such as Florida, Nevada, and Texas to name a few do not charge a state income tax, so they'll be 0%!

@@EverythingPhoenix thanks for confirming! I was assuming if Arizona lowers something like income, they will raise tax in another category. Texas = 0% income tax but they get you with super high property tax Appreciate the comment

@@elo_888 our property tax is pretty darn low, compared to most of the states in the country as well so they’re definitely not getting us there… The one tax that I know is higher than other states that we have is our registration tax on our vehicles. I think the states plan is simply to make it up on volume since we have so many people and companies moving to Arizona.

11 mos later and here is the catch: we went from being a state with a healthy budget surplus to one with a massive debt. In addition to the tax cut for the rich, Douchebag stuck us with a multi-billion school voucher program to guarantee that Arizona comes in dead last with educational outcomes.
