The crazy thing is Kyler is the closest we've ever been to having a franchise QB. Says a lot about the Cardinals as an organization.

I was at the Packers game. As visitors, we came onto the field as a group. Guess who was the last one out of the locker room onto the field? And walking, no less- Kyler. I think that speaks volumes. Great athlete? Absolutely. Consistent Superbowl QB? Nope.

They can't seem to stretch the field. Of the 300-yard games he's had, I'd like to know how many passes were screens or quick slants that were large yards after the catch. He rarely "drops dimes" way down the field, and frankly the receiving core is not built to do so. If the offense can't establish the run to take advantage of play action fakes or rpo, Kyler doesn't seem to be accurate enough to carry the team forward.

These QBs are crazy ok they are saying its a team loss now next contract u forfeit top dollar by acknowledging u cant do it by yourself. The league needs to come together and stop these avg QBs money i wouldn't even pay 1 u can go futher with a mid paid qb a stack a super team around him im surprised the dumb coaches haven't figured it out yet.

He beats bad teams like the Bears and Jets but when the rubber meets the road he doesn’t come up clutch. Look at his look on the sideline, dude is thinking about how fast he can get back to his nice car and house. If he beats Pats and Panthers the K1 defenders will say “see he wins in December!”. Those aren’t meaningful games with no pressure.

@ I too was on hopeimin with K1. Defended him like crazy. Watch those picks back to back. He was just there winging it. He had Higgins and Dortch on one of those wide open. Problem for him honestly is most time he can just show up and out athletic you, but in December, January, February you have to beat your open in multiple ways not one.

8-22 after week 9 during his career, thats the critique. He has all the abilities necessary to play qb in the nfl, Kylers inability to be consistent after week 9 is insane. He turns the ball over more, the offense cannot score points. Kyler has had coaching stability for his entire career, it may not have been good coaching and its heading towards the 3rd OC as of now. Kyler needs to figure out why he cannot push and win games.

How do you beat a short QB ? Keep him in the pocket surrounded by all those big bodies, he wont be able to see or keep track of all the defenders in the secondary.

When has Murray been apart of a football team that was expected to have a good season? This man is dragging below average teams into relevancy then the talent level becomes an issue when you would expect it to and somehow he's to blame. Kyler won when the team didn't make major mistakes and now that they are he's losing games.

MH jr never comes back to the ball if it is under thrown, he gives up on the play, he can disrupt an INT or at least try to get a reception, K1 being subpar in the post season needs to get out and pass on the run, pressure around him he will just throw it up for grabs, defenses know this, Kyler knows this....JG ...well..he should know this

You have to earn your position as a starter don't just give to anyone starter status . Seahawks drafted Russell Wilson he earned his starting position over high payed free agent acquired from Green Bay Kyler started after failure of yet another Cardinal mess Josh Rosen remember the chosen after The great Bradford all kinds of brilliance at work amongst Cardinals Braintrust so many highly specialized experts This Franchise couldn't draft their way out of a paper sack .
