In the nineties I worked for a lawn care company that accumulated lot of stuff from brushing out front Lawns I mean you can fill a whole truck with one lawn anyway when we want to dump it it smells like cow crap so I understand decomposition if that's what we're talkin about

Compost or energy power plants i would assume. For example, in Denmark we have a power plant on Amager that also works as a ski slope (on the building) that burns trash, crunched up sofaes, straw, hay, wood and anything else you want to throw in it. It has a toxic recovery system so only steam is let out into the air along with a metal reclaim system, which is why it can be located inside the city of the capital. kzbin.info/www/bejne/poDUoJagZ81pe68 Downsides, the energy company does not lower the prices for burning the city's trash while also being funded by the people. The ski slope is also pretty pricey... But technically it is pretty neat.
