There are oil rocks at volcano island. Just look for literal pools of oil and mine the black rocks there

Not sure if anyone else has done it, but in the giant cave full of ruins in the bottom left island has a ton of metal, insects for chitin, and a water hole with silica Pearl's at the bottom. There's also Desmodus spawns in the abberation-esc cave near the back entrance (if you count the lake entrance with the doorway as the "main entrance") as well as a metric ton of boxes and barrels by the shipwrecks on the coast. Spawning on the south area gets you closest to the wreckage for a good early game start.

@@nguyentrang6191 on the southeastern island, the cave closest to the south spawn is at roughly 86.3 and 04.6 by a beach with a shipwreck, and the other entrance is at 82.3 and 21.1, on a ledge with a path above a lake. You can see the cave entrances directly in front of you from those coords, first one looks like a normal cave and the second looks like a doorway to a ruin. The first entrance is the easiest as the other side has a lava room that's super hot, just make sure not to fall off any bridges either way. And be very careful of the mine, there can be 100s of bugs if you let them spawn over time. As a secret side note, within the cave theres a doorway that's blocked by rocks, if you break it it leads directly into the mine... but it's extremely dangerous to enter the mine from this doorway.

Element shards are are in the Ab cave, near the beach on the north land mass, east half, sorry I don't have the coords handy.. but lots to be found there.. there are ravagers there by the red drop, and other things can be by the yellow drop, maybe spino, or megalasorous, carnatorous.. so I always have a couple of shadowmane bodyguards with me and my stryder

My guy this map has oil rigs, and you can get 80k metal with a tek stryder by just hitting normal rocks in 15 minutes

I do a round of gathereing, walking with my stryder and a couple of shadomane bodyguards, from my base near the waterfall on that tall island all the way east, to the Ab cave, and a little further, then in to the Ab cave for element, I teleport back to my base, which is near one of the metal spawns he showed, that has crystal and obs mixed in, go up and around from there to a couple other locations with metal just splayed below a cliff, with some little obs nodes mixed in, and I get about 100k metal each run. there is also metal cave on that high island to the east. on its east side, with a place for a oil drill. Because I am slow and patient and a bit tedious, it takes me about 1.5 hours. But I may see a leed I need to kill for upgraded fish meat. ONe of my little "greedy" excursions.. I just kept gathering up stones(metal) and came upon a pond with silica pearls beside an abandoned fortress.. so that was exciting, and will be a second little base for my team now.

I won't kill cute penguins for poly. But I understand that the island all the way to the west, has lots of dead animals there that can be harvested for org poly. I have been stocking up from the crab in the Ab cave, but I plan to make my way to that island (I am all the way east) so I can stock up on all the different kinds of mushrooms so I can overload on taming shinehorns and featherlights.. and the org poly. there are two special places for getting lots of rare flowers, north east corner of the map, I found them by googling and there was another vid that showed the locations, I don't have that handy.. but the are amongst some partticularly set of ruins that have runes on them.. two places

I just use gacha.. maps I have seen it given coords for, did not have it.. same with salt.. where they showed salt along the beach, all I get is sand.. Sorry, having played there every day so long now.. I have not found it.. if that changes, I'll update

sap can be found in trees along the beach with dead branches on the bottom, seems like 1 in 8 trees has it, but otherwise.. tree saps in the redwoods

green gems are also in the Ab Cave, just keep going all the way through it, or you can wait for the roll rats at the beginning to reveal them as they come up from tunneling.. but then they will agro on you and you'll have to kill it.. but come back after whilst when they've respawned and get some more :D

In the Ab cave, there is a little pool of water close to the yellow loot crate, there you will find a krakinos, x sabretooth salmon, and usually 3 leeches, kill them and eat them. the leeches should give you the leech blood, I've gotten even 3 stacks before. If you play in a server with an s+ mod, you can put it in a dedi box and it wont spoil! same with organic poly that you get from killing and eating the crab!

anywhere you see the thin weeds, or kinda like cattails beside water, there is lots of silk in there. AND, it respawns pretty quickly after being harvested, so harvest, go away for maybe ten minutes and come back.. tame a dino or harvest something else meanwhilst :)
