Ark: How To Build A Desert Home | No Clip Enabled | Building Tutorial

In this video I show you step by step how to build a simple Desert Home for Ark: Survival Evolved. Also we are on the new Crystal Isles map for this build. Currently building this on my ark on scortched earth as it would suit environment of map once again its great build and I've been loving your videos and learning alot about build I hope see more new builds in future and if possible be nice see build on abberation

Nice build. But looking at your more current work, I think you could improve on this with pillars or something. The open area on the roof looks a bit naked. Think you wanna do an updated version? :)

Thanks, yeah it's interesting to look back at some older builds and see how I've grown as a builder. I do plan on doing some more adobe or desert style builds in the future.

The half foundation with pillar It didn’t work with me on ps4 console also the fence foundation didn’t placed until I demolished the wall

Unfortunately this was one of my older builds with no clip enabled. I'll try to see if there is a way to do it on official settings.

Basically anything involving the fence foundation but I just made a couple tweaks to the building looks pretty much the same but a bit different thanks for the dope vid

It may be that this is an older build where I use to have no clip enabled. If your single player world doesn't have structure collision turned off.. but glad you made it work!!

Are you playing on official settings? This is one of my older tutorials before I switched to doing everything with official settings. So that might be why?

@@CHipZz hey man, really appreciate the reply, I was able to get around it by messing around with a ramp, for some reason it was placing to the side but I eventually got it looking as you did. Looks amazing by the way, awesome aesthetic all round.

How do you make double bed?

Place trophy wall mounts as the headboard, then use multiple beds for the bed, then use artifact stands as the footboard. You will need to have clipping enabled though.

The part were he tells you to snap the floor on the pillar is impossible

My older videos were done with no clip enabled. So if your on official settings that may be one it's not working.

I tried the fence foundation stuff on official, official says they are obstructed, so If you wanne build this on official like I do, watch the whole video first and do the fence foundations before your walls and doorframes, just so you don’t have to demo the entire thing to place the fence foundations. Just a heads up 👍 Edit* Oh end the clipped foundation thing also don’t work on official unfortunately

That is my bad, in my earlier videos I did not pay a ton of attention to official setting stuff as I have always played unofficial. In my most recent videos I make sure to point out stuff that can't be done on official, and now I am trying to only make builds that can be done on official settings.

@@CHipZz im a die hard official dude, tried unofficial but get bored real quick 🤷 it was just a heads up for the official players that copy stuff from KZbin, most of them play unofficial anyway i think. I always get a way around the things that don’t work and chance the build a bit 👍
