@@deankennelly208 i'm late but the thing is rockwell doesn't give you any element and you cant transfer element so this is the only way to get elememt in aberratiom without cheating. But compared to other bosses i would much rather fight manticore, broodmother or megapithecus for element that do this grind. I would say its not that bad but the charge battery part is so annoying.

I can definitely understand them wanting to keep it balanced (especially after the way people reacted to tek tier when it was first introduced) but I feel like they might have gone a bit overboard, the resources aren't that bad, but the wait just sounds painful, when you craft element the charge node should still retain a bit of charge, that way you don't have to wait ten years for the node to recharge every time you craft three element

Ancient Monkey have fun using tek if it is not a cluster server... rockwell doesn't unlock a lot of engrams. My server is clustered so had to go on the island to do bosses.

Getting red gems is a real pain in the ass on this map 😬, it's now easier to just collect 1000 element dust and convert it into element, or just create Gatcha farm producing element dust and other materials. 😎

Not really, with a carry rock drake(most points in weight because radiation zone is too dangerous for karkinos and it takes painfully long to get back up on it) i got enough red gems in one run to make hundreds of element. Though my drake is imprinted and respawn timers for resources are increased, on official i guess it really is a pain to imprint and because of players its probably harder to find gems due to them getting always harvested

I recall reading somewhere if you have excess batteries in the node when you craft element (10 batteries rather than the 8 needed) it doesn't cause the station to shut down and thus negating some of the cooldown. Any idea if this is true?

The problem is... ...it takes freaking ages to get large amounts of element. You don't get element from Rockwell, only Tek Engrams. Even then, you don't actually get all of the Tek Engrams from Rockwell alone. Since Aberration has no other bosses, you will have to go to The Island, Scorched Earth, and Ragnarok to get the rest of the Tek Engrams... at least that is what I am thinking.

Ragnarok has no unique tek engrams as it is an 'official community made map' rather than one of the story arc maps (Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction).

It doesn't surprise me that you only get 3 element in one crafting session.... I mean think about it! Tek element must be cock-full of electrical energy in a small package! it's more than enough to wireless power an electrical generator, it provides enough energy to power and underwater base (something that would have needed a hell of a lot of electrical energy in the first place), it's powerful enough to super-heat gases into a Tek Rifle without exploding, and it has more than enough energy to clone massive dinosaurs! it's no wonder why you only get three!

Tbh on singleplayer 3 element isn't that bad, i have 4 different regions with 4 charge stations really close to eachother, each region gives 12 element and i do em all one by one during element run, refilling on crafting resources after every region, so every element run gives me 48 element, replicator is the biggest pain to make but after that since most tek stuff solo isn't necessary its pretty easy, gates, behemoth gates, transmitter, generator, lights, storage, maybe teleporter and trough and armor pieces are all pretty cheap element wise to make and maintain, on official and any pvp it must pain though because i can imagine ppl camping by the stations or having a base near em, plus others use em as well so the ones you normally use could be out of charge. Also best way to use them is using 1 full station to charge 8 batteries so it will still have 1000 charge left and use it to craft element since the station doesn't need to be full, just turned on to craft element, so a station with even 10 charge can be used

I'm 10 months late but yes, you can make element dust with it and then transferr the dust (you get 1 element from 1000 dust so it's not efficent)

TitanFallout high level rock Drake and shotgun with 500 rounds, keep moving, regen Stam as needed, keep 3-4 full sets of good armor on you as couple strikes from glowing orbs will break them - you can shoot the orbs to destroy them before they float to you. Leave the tentacle closest to his platform as last one to make it easier to keep your tames fighting in front (megalo, spinos, etc.) Take a lot of medical brew and nameless venom to heal you and Drake - if you hold iron sights on shotgun while gliding on Drake it will slow down and allow you more shots and avoid reapers / nameless below. :) GLHF

breed up a spino army. get two very high level spinos one male and one female. use fence foundations to line out a breeding pen that can fit both and make sure the walls are 4 high. currently the megalosauruses are bugged so they do 90% less damage when no one is riding them.

No because rockwell was a human who made the medical brew the stamina brew and the soups but one day he injected himself with element to see what happens he was then forced down to the underworld where he had to keep the different arks separated but when u kill him it fails but the element turned him insane so that why u have to fight him because the nameless are the people who originally where in the ar but rockwell stabbed them and the got element poisoning so now they obey him and are mutated

Also, as a boss Rockwell is intended to be a part of the story advancement much like the Overseer after ascension. He's more of a step from Aberration to Extinction (when it drops) than a standard boss. This is why he raises your level cap as well.

You dont get any element from beating the rockwell boss u only ascend gamma is + 5 lvls beta is +10 levels and alpha is + 15 lvls onto the 100 basic levels you can level your character

One way is to get a rock Drake with weight and put all the ingredients on the node then fly to each station 1 min in between each station then throw the battery’s in and this will take you 5 min to make 3 element, noobs that wanna make element im sorry but it won’t work
