@@robin033sk4 The reason is ESP, primarily. Cheats in this game are rampant to say the least. People can find you VERY easily. All they have to do is be in render range. Best defense is to build in a spot that's hard for them to get into. Crouch caves and ratholes are the answer for solos and smaller tribes. They shouldn't have a TON of space though, IMO because then they'd look desirable to larger tribes and they would contest them.

The #1 rathole is in radiation zone, so its a terrible spot if you are not a maschocist. #6 rathole is the same thing, its in radiation zone.

Last location is bannable. Already chatted with someone that built in there. Dev said he had less than a week to move or else he was getting dev wiped. Listen to your playerbase, WC! We need MORE locations like this and for them to be ALLOWED. Quit teasing us with great locations just to take them away from us!!! The game would be SO much more fun if we were allowed to survive longer and die more in open world PVP instead of getting completely wiped. I'll take a lost kit over a lost base ANY day.

That's the dumbest shit I've heard today. Without rat holes the PVP part of this game is dead. Caves are oversized rat holes, so if you don't want small rat holes, you should also not allow building in caves. Cave meta is lame af and kind of ruined the game, but here we are.

horrible take, every time I build in a rathole, I tell people to pull up and they never do because they say ratholes are too op, especially the ones in this video, nobody wants to pull up to an aids base spot that is extremely difficult to raid with a tiny entrance, at least actual caves are 6x damage and have bigger entrances, I’d much rather pull up to a real cave bro.

@@watchdog163 Agreeed. Cave meta is trash. There should also be certain drawbacks to managing a large tribe, and benefits to playing as a smaller, or solo tribe. As it stands right now, it's all about who's in the bigger tribe and who has cheats. A smaller tribe that plays legit (no cheats) on official 1x or official smalls, RIP. I'm right there with you guys.
