I can’t imagine what it must have been like for the Israelites to walk…their feet touching the bottom of the ocean with the roaring sound of ocean water on either side of them. The smell of the sea, water misting their faces, the sounds of the water being upheld by our God The Father…..amazing! What an experience, full of every emotion…I get chills over this part of this wonderful story every time I watch it, read about it in the Bible, imagine it. (Quran, 5:44) Truly Pharaoh elated himself in the land and broke up its people into sections depressing a group among them: their sons he slew, but he kept alive their females: for he was indeed a maker of mischief. (28:4)
