This build can be replicated anywhere with flat enough ground but looks especially good next to a body of water, This build Is spacious and has a good amount of natural light.

If on official you have to place the pillars before placing the walls. If you are on single player you just have to change the collision settings.

Try placing a wall in the garage doorway and then see if it will snap differently, you should see the metal parts on the hatch change

How did you get the plants to grow without irrigation? I’d love to know I find it really hard to incorporate plants into my builds because of the irrigation issues

Fill up water canteens and then put them into the crop plot, then use the canteens on the crop plot

Im not sure what difference ps4 and xbox has but i don't think snap points are different. im not fully sure about what affects the snap point of the hatch frames but it might be something to do with the foundations or the walls
