Ark: Ocean Platform Tek Build Tutorial

This is a Tek build on an ocean platform. It has dino storage on the bottom level and the top level will fit both an Industrial forge and a Tek Replicator. There are multiple dino gates and a hatch frame for easy dino access to the inside. Enjoy the video and don't forget to like and subscribe!

Ok so this is a rough estimate with overshooting, you can grind leftovers but wont get element back just the rest, now I did see creator say you need wall foundations for certain pillars or doors lining up right or have to tear down walls to get it right, also you could use 120 large tek walls as they count as 4 walls as needed to reduce item loading but here ya go 1 ----- Metal ocean Platform 500 - Tek Walls 75 --- Tek slopped walls 700 - Tek Ceilings 60 --- Tek Pillars 5 ----- Tek Dino Doorframes 5 ----- Tek Dino Gates 110 - Greenhouse Walls 110 - Tek Railing 5 ----- Tek Doorframe (10? Four vaults) 5 ----- Tek Door 40 --- Tek Triangle Roof 70 --- Tek slopped Roof 70 --- Metal Pillars 30 --- Tek Stairs 30 --- Tek wall Foundations Also whatever hatch thing is on roof I put 30 tek foundations to just have on hand for problems Now this list is not 100% accurate i did count this vidoe for about and hour hour and half, its damn close You may be short a piece or two here n there...maybe ...but i feel you'll definitely have leftovers! This is absolutely amazing and I plan on adapting a lot of it after building it to put my own spin on the framework. However, the material/structure count I'd REALLY love to have. I'm luckily trying it on an unofficial server with slightly boosted rates so gathering the materials themselves will be less painful, I'm just eyeballing it at this point.

I’ve just finished building this on an official server, didn’t have much trouble at all, you just need to do a couple of things backwards like placing those foundations and pillars first before you build the walls, and don’t place stairs before you put a triangle wall where they will be against, they won’t go otherwise.

What did you use to make the vaults look so snug in those walls? I need to know what to use so I can make it looks snug with no spaces or gaps

Looks like used Tek doorframe and just place them where the door should go.

Place a ladder climb it to center yourself pickup ladder, place the door, place the vault. Perfectly aligned.

We have clipping off on our server but I believe it is still possible with clipping

@@CrazyUKz i have built it the same in official no problem at all but somethings like metal billars need metal fence foundation first before u put walls otherwise u have to destroy the walls and start again
