For your Bayern comments, dude literally could wait for your attack to be over then dcp, but he chose to dcp after the first strike, and even then, he has heals and wtr, im sorry m8 but cvs might be "op" for someone that dont really play or understand the class, but a cv has smaller impact on a match than a dd.

Okay, I enjoy Legends CVs, but saying that DDs have more impact on a match than CVs is a bit overstated. A DD cannot spot the entire map in nearly the same amount of time a CV can, nor can it extend it's reach to all sides of the map. Spotting is everything in this game. If you don't have spotting then you can't shoot anything.

Typical cv player thinking their preferred class is not too strong. I enjoy playing against cv's and as a cv player occasionally, however they are too strong in certain aspects. Less experienced players will not understand what those aspects are because they don't know what they're doing.

@@krimsonknuckles Mid to low tiers I would agree with you. High tiers not so much at this point. Most high tier CVs tend to lose planes rather quickly even when managed well. I've played the PC version, and those CVs make the one's on here look pathetic. I know you were probably commenting on the original comment, but my preferred class is BBs then DDs.

@@RTMassacre09 cvs at high tier do lose planes quickly but they can still single out any ship going for a crossfire and delete him. It makes for boring matches with everyone clumped up. The game just doesn't feel right at 9v9 with carriers compared to watching PC with 3 more meatshields either cv can target.

The same thing can be said for the Serov and the independence. It's dmg on average is almost the exact same as the independence if not lower. Serov is just absolutely insane when played well I can easily get 200k and destroy ever destroyer with ease due to the skip bombs. I am not trying to downplay this carrier it's in my top 3 at tier V BUT it's not nearly as broken as people think. I am more terrifying of a Serov. I only have about 35-40 games in the ark so I wouldn't say I have enough matches to get the best idea of how it fairs against a Serov.

Never go after an Califórnia on T5. She has the strongest AA there.

@@Xarkun Maybe if there were 3 of them together it might have meant you could only do one run. Kind of like what happens when you try to do a run on an aircraft Carrier. However I found with the torpedoes especially you can do one full run against the Carrier and then maybe 2 planes on another.

I think part of the problem is nobody specs into AA, because CV games are still maybe 1/3 of matches. The other problem is that maybe the HP of the planes are still maybe too high. I’d like to see Xarkun do a game in the TT CV for comparison

I bought it and found it to be a great aircraft carrier, I only fit in the CV class and the Ark Royal is just perfect, per game I do +50k damage jokingly Strong points: - Time to arm torpedoes very fast like furious, and they do a lot of damage - Very good bomb accuracy and penetration with high chances of setting fire (at least that's what I felt) - Three aircraft from the squadron descend to carry out the attack, it doesn't compare to the Serov but it is much better than several other aircraft carriers of the same tier - Planes are reloaded very quickly, I almost never missed planes and the few times it was at the end of the match or because of my imprudence but there will always be a squadron ready to take off - Very easy to do damage with him, and since he's a money maker, I play games with 200 - 300k money - Good concealment, if you have a commander well-versed in stealth + the max level camouflage you get when you buy the Aircraft Carrier, I got 8.4km of detectability - Aircrafy Carrier maximum speed very good Negative points: - Planes with low HP, if you don't know how to save planes, there will be nothing left if you get into the range of several anti-aircraft from several enemy ships together - Aircraft Carrier with weak anti air, compared to other aircraft carriers I felt that the Ark Royal does not have much anti air defense - His secondaries aren't that strong, unless you want to invest in secondaries I think furious's secondaries are stronger and more accurate Conclusion: It has more pros than cons, overall it is an excellent carrier far superior to furious, if not the tier V meta along with Serov, compared to Serov it loses in some aspects but it is very good if given the opportunity to buy it I recommend

Ofcourse its strong, it.has to be to draw in buyers. Then comes the nerf. My spending on this game has come to almost full brakes on till they start putting out ships with "ce" designation. If not then I will just continue to participate in monthly campaign ships, nothing extra.

There will never be a ship that comes out with the designation "CE" attached to it. That is reserved for ships that have already been released and are considered to be stronger than most ships, but were also released before they added their disclaimer notifying everyone that they reserve the right to change stats if they find a ship is overperforming. For example: the Wichita that many people already had was changed to "CE Wichita", while at the same time they released a new Wichita with adjusted stats that is just designated as "Wichita". "CE" also does not mean "classic edition". It is short for "Collectors Edition".

They very seldom nerf premium ships. WG is also notorious across their games for being terrible at balance, a reputation they very rightly deserve. When you simply go off of "the spreadsheets" and seldom, if ever, play your game unbalanced gameplay and "yo, yo" balancing is inevitable. I also no longer spend money on this game and some days I regret what I've spent. I just try to have fun but WG often makes that rather challenging. The special game mode is fun, something this game desperately needs, variety.

Wow looks like a tier 7 in 5 nice for carrier mains. I know I'm late but furious is 2 per attack not 3 and yes even as someone who just went to the dark side and started carriers the furious is really easy to learn. The ark here is op I hate saying that but it is and it's only 10K doubloons

Like a real carrier it should have a limit on how many planes you have and if your flight deck is under fire you shouldn't be able to launch planes

Erm any noticed wargaming mistake of putting swordfish as dive bombers when they are only torpedo planes ...ark royal used Blackburn skuas as the dive numbers 😅😅😅 looks like they didn't do the research properly

I like CV's. I like the British one. But this bad boy need a nerf homes. Pls WG. That's a little too much for T5. Ark Royal T7, no prob. But this is not balanced... I love the ship. But it's to ezy to make 200k+ dmg rounds.

That poor Bayern and even the AA California at the beginning 🥲 Cheater like-CV-Class are fare too strong and mostly invincible. It's the "sun" of rock-paper-siccor. They should just be there to spot should just get EP for that. May do a "little bit" Damage. Can't understand WG there.
