EDIT: If you have trouble popping Perfect Explorer, apparently killing the Overseer and watching the cutscene pops it as it now seems you get the final note from doing so, peace ;) HOW TO POP MAXIMUM SURVIVOR AFTER UPDATE 2.79 1. Delete your save data. 2. Choose Host/Local game, choose The Island map and play Single Player. 3. Pause menu, bring up Admin box with L1+R1+Square+Triangle together. 4. Type 'Giveallexplorernotes', then confirm it by pressing Admin Command button on the right. The game will crash but will give you what we need. 5. Go back into the game and choose the same Island so that it continues the previous save. 6. Choose to respawn at a random location when asked after the loading. 7. Now open the Admin window again and type 'Gmbuff', then confirm it by pressing Admin Command button on the right. 8. Now go into your inventory and level up to 125 for the MAXIMUM SURVIVOR trophy. TO OPEN THE ADMIN COMMAND BOX Press options to enter the pause menu. Now press L1+R1+SQUARE+TRIANGLE together to open Admin Commands.

My game crashed on ps4 during the explorer notes - the last trophy I got was professional explorer... do I have to start all the notes again from the start? "EDIT" : Scrap my panicked response the game autosaved at some point and I just had to go back at least 10 numbers from where I was to find out were it saved and continued from there. Thank god for the hidden auto save feature (it works even in the pause menu). So yeah I didn't lose much progess at all... I would have lost my mind after all those commands. ; D

@@souravchoudhury3918 No it won't... you will be safe so don't worry. There are other games out there that can be exploited for trophys using Admin controls. For example; All Connan Exiles and Subnautica trophys can be obtatined using admin controls and yes the Devs know about the exploits, but have not punished anyone for doing so. So chill out, enjoy the game and go earn a platinum. ; D

A few notes to help those getting a wee bit confused like myself (Ps4 trophy hunting): To kill off the boss enemys at the start you may have to click admin command more than once (X button). To get a leach to latch onto you - turn off creative mode and once the leach is on you turn creative mode back on and then use the next admin code. When leveling up keep hitting the admin command to give you the levels/exp you need. To ride a dinosaur get right up close to it and press Triangle and press Triangle again to dismount. To open up the Dino Level up menu whilst riding a dinosaur is the Square button. To pick up the artifacts press Triangle and L1. If you're game crashes there is a hidden autosave feature and it works even whilst you are on the pause menu... the only problem is you need to figure out when it saved. In my case I had to go back ten files or so to find out when it saved... you'll know when you have a new file unlocked due to a blue screen appearing behind the pause... that's when you know you are on the right track.

Another great guide mate. Just as an FYI, When a command is entered, the screen behind kind of goes blue and adds a graphic. If you then press O x 2 and then go back into the pause menu, it takes a tiny bit longer but you'll know you've entered the code and the game has registered it every time this way.

@@Optinooby so I followed your guide which mostly holds up. Great job and thank you! The two trophies I had trouble with were “perfect explorer” and “maximum survivor”. For perfect explorer, after entering each note into the admin command menu, you then also need to again type “Playercommand AbAscend3”. The cut scene will count as the final note and pop the trophy. For “maximum survivor”, the easiest way to get it now is to load the game in “primitive plus official” (bottom right corner or main menu). You can then simply enter the “gmbuff” command and use your level up points to pop the trophy. No need to delete your save data.

Hey guys, here's a tip: if you put GiveAllExplorerNotes on the console, you should get all the explorer note trophies but your game gonna freeze for some time and you need to wait until pop all the achieves. so you dont need to do one by one, that takes a lot of time ;/

Because it doesn't work, Dark Jason was very lucky. I tried the code 10 times on new users and my trophies ALWAYS glitched. I dunno how many time Dark Jason tested it, if he got lucky only once or multiple times with this code. But to be safe, use the single codes, it's why I advise it ;)

I sooo wanted GiveAll to work, I must have tried 10+ times actually, I even went as far as to try doing it when you are on the teleport screen or when you have died or during certain animations etc, I tried a lot of things pretty much where you are forced into a action, in hopes that the current forced action would prevent the Note cutscenes from triggering, but still wouldn't work ;( A lot of the instances where I tried to input it during forced actions, the game just froze instantly XD

Only played ER for 30 mins and stopped HFW to get this done and Ghostrunner. I'd finished HFW story for first time, just cleaning up trophies when I get back to it and then will begin the platinum again and optimising. ER is way off yet as I wanna get HFW done first. When I get to ER though, first of all I'll be doing some small vids with some things we can do before bosses, there are so many OP vids somehow. You have either a definite OP or no OP, there shouldn't be various ways to get OP. In my view, there is only 1 TRUE OP build as always, and first of all I'll be working out the ABSOLUTE MOST OP build before any bosses, hopefully there is one ;)

I'd never played mirror edge, I know off it and yea, this is very similar. It's very hard to begin with due to the pace, but once you get used to it, it actually gets a lot easier, quite a weird one. Thankfully it has assist mode so you can slow the game down. I started the game on the slowest speed, then slowly made it faster as I got better, it's pretty easy now, it did take me many hours though to get used to it

Just done this but the Giveexplorer notes trophies took me a full day to sort out. If anyone in 2023 is doing this and it isn't popping trophies despite you having all the notes you need to delete all of your save files in game and on your console then reload in a complete fresh and do it all again. Also tick the box for Admin Logging under General in Ark rules. I don't know what this does but I was told to tick it and it worked.

Great guide. Annoyingly I cant get the map maker trophy to pop. I flew slowly to the areas so map would fill and still nothing. Even resorted to using co-ordinates to teleport to each area and nothing! 😞

great guide i followed all they to end but one question how i would unlock veteran paleontologist ? i dont know im on my 300th note so do i unlock the trophy with perfect explorer trophy ? edit: I got the platinum. You need to enter from 1 to 700 then from 900 to 1010 (GiveExplorerNote) command individually after that you enter GiveallExplorerNotes command you unlock both trophies only in this way the game doesn't crash.

I got all notes trophies by putting giveallexplorer notes code 2 times. 1. the first time I got a few trophies then crashed, deleted my save from system 2. tried again, crashed, but I joined my playthrough and got the trophies as I joined and enter the code for missing note "1231" 3. So for perfect explorer you "have to kill the overseer" I did enter the cave in creative and use the rifle, some dude in the comments said if you use ascend3 code you'll get it anyway, or you could teleport to the overseer arena with the code some dude posted in the comments

if you type in 'giveallexplorernotes', it will glitch the trophy and you will need to delete the saves to retry if u have done it correctly though as advised, it should have worked assuming u have double checked. But ive read from a few that they have had to finish the game and see the credits which apparently now triggers another required note. Cant confirm myself, just what ive read i 4get what code takes you to the credits, maybe one of the boss summons. If the gmsummon isnt working, thats a boss right? Are u on the right map, same as me? Some enemies cant spawn on certain maps

Hey there Optinoob, I have had a couple issue of latest patch. Typing gmsummon "name-character-bp-c" 0 doesn't give me half of the dossier summons, I tried with slightly different spelling and it worked for some entries like the dossier itself has misspelled names like Araneo not Aranaeo but still can't summon or have check mark for half the dossier creatures. Second issue is there is nothing left to unlock, not just the island but the whole book, there is no lock icon left but I don't have the trophy for unlocking all dossier entries. Third issue is I killed all three big bosses and I have their individual trophy but not the kill all 3 unique lifeforms trophy and I did exactly as you did in the video, the only difference was there's no trophy pop, I'd try a new custom game to kill spidergorilla again or on island to see if that does it but any advice on the other two, I honestly think it's bugged with the dossier, I checked the name of each entry with the text guide as well as the 1 new creature addedd but gmsummon code not being acknowledged as a code makes me think the changed spelling of some monsters since earlier game versions. Edit: I'll try killing the overseer for the dossier unlock one.

It may have been how you quit game, did you actually manually save it first?? I think if u don't save it manually that u can lose progress, I had it happen a few times, I think the save option is on the inventory screen

I loved that build as well on Demon Souls!! My first point of call when I get to Elden Ring is because it's open world and apparently very hard, I need to go round picking up absolutely everything you get before any bosses, then I have to study all that and work out if anything is really going to overpower us that early and if its worthwhile I'm sure it will be a fun route whatever I come up with. Players are apparently spending 10s of hours exploring just mega early in the game, so having a route will be nice and will greatly trivialise it all somewhat

Ok so, new problem, I've killed the broodmother, gorilla and dragon but it doesn't give me the survivor evolved trophie and its the last trophies I need :/

It may have glitched mate, backup your save, then delete it and quickly do those few steps quickly

The game auto saves after every command so don't worry if the game crashed

I’m gonna download the game and follow your guide but I have a question, the game is 107GB but the first part is only 74GB to open the application, should I download the first 74 and follow your guide straight away or download the full 107? Because I’m assuming that the first package was before the update and made trouble with the maximum survivor trophy or am I wrong and I have to download all 107?

U can do this trophy anytime, all you need to do is spawn and collect those artifacts

So you said don’t put give all explorers notes and I did and it gave me all of the achievements for the notes

If so, then you're very lucky. Thats crashes your system and glitches out the trophies. If it didnt crash your system, in theory it would work. Though if you system is a fighter and managed to hold on for a while for them and to trigger the trophies in the background, bloody A!!

Hey man thanks for all the tips, helped me with all the trophies except one. The dossier doesn’t seem to register whenever I input a dinosaur command. I see the little blue symbol at the top left of the command bar after input, it says ever time the dinosaur is tamed yet doesn’t seem to save in the dossier. I’ve deleted all my save and game files twice. Even loaned the disc version from a friend to try on that and still doesn’t work for me. Could it be the new update from yesterday? Any help appreciated.

Sounds very odd, maybe a bad glitch or maybe the update like u say. Have u tried deleting ur game save and trying again?

I don't think update changed it because if they had, u would think they would just remove admin mode rather than make some codes not work

Hey man, thanks for the guide I got all trophies except two I'm having issues with not popping "Maximum Survivor" and "Survivor Evolved" I got Master Survivor which was supposed to pop with Survivor Evolved but for some reason only one registered. And regarding Maximum Survivor, I tried the steps multiple times and made sure I do exactly the same as you did and also double-checked in the docs file, still not popping. Any advice would be really appreciated, thank you
