For Neebs and App, Megalosaurus is a nocturnal dinosaur so it sleeps during the day (Aka why it went to sleep on yall a lot) If you bring it out at night it will be a LOT more faster and stronger then a carno or allo. Battouga just because they've seen them asleep does not mean that they directly correlated that with it having to sleep during the day and being useful at night, that's news to me and I've been watching them play this all this time. There seems to be a ton of different things to learn about in these games, unless you actually really study a game (like book study) then there's no way to know every single possible thing even after playing for years. Especially if they've never gone through it before. Also they're only human and have lives outside of this so I'm sure some information easily gets forgotten, it happens

hey guys love your videos but i thought u might need some help: 1st: hello nurse only eats fish, she doesnt eat meat, thats probably why she starved. 2nd: if you want good blueprints you should get a good fishing rod and some sap/leech blood and go fishing. and finally 3rd: the megalosaurus is a night dino, he sleeps all day and is active only during night time.

More info on the Megalosaurus... Don't try anything with it during the day... it's slow, tires out easily, and is much weaker. Don't even think about bringing it to the cave fight during the day. At night however it's about as strong as a same level Rex, but a lot more agile and faster. It drains it's stamina fast when you're running because of its high speed, so leveling up stamina isn't a bad idea. It's secondary attack is able to grab players and creatures in it's mouth, and while carrying something in its jaws it can chomp on them... just like the "Alligators", or the Argentavis with it's talons. That is *really* useful to kill or tame small-medium sized creatures because they can do nothing while being held. It's a perfect mount for expeditions and combat at night... strong, fast, agile. It also makes for a great "nightguard", so to speak. And last but not least... the Megalo is only at level 18 if I read that right, and the Dilo at 12. All of these are too low level to do you much good for a cave. Instead of taking on the cave straight away now, go around and slaughter some predators with your newly assembled army, get them some level ups. Maybe you'll even find something else worth taming while you're doing this. Obviously, the higher the level, the better. A really good idea would be an Allosaurus pack. They're faster and more agile than a Rex, but weaker. However, their pack bonus makes them damn strong, the leader gets a bleed attack which will do damage over time *and* increase the damage done to the bleeding target by it's packmates. Word of warning on the Allosaurus though, don't take a pack of them head on. Even a Rex won't survive that. Kill the buddies of the pack-leader(the glowing one) from far away, preferably with crossbows from your flying mounts. Then go in and tranq the last one. Repeat that 2 more times with other Allosaurus packs, and you'll have a veeery strong killteam of Allos. Depending on the level, those might even be all you need for the cave! Can't hurt to bring at least one Rex as heavy backup along though. ;)

Thick! If you tame a Daedon AKA Hellpig or two you won't need milk! Just have it passive heal your Wyvern's until they are adults! Just make sure you turn the passive heal off when the pig is out of food or it will starve to death. Takes a lot of meat tho

Just a few quick tips: -Pelargonises eat fish, not meat -megalosauruses have to sleep an the day, but they gain an enormous buff during the night -you can use your crosbow on a griffin (to tranq a wyvern easily) -the wyvern milk lasts just a dew minutes, so prepare thr baby wyvern. You can incubate the egg, so it’ll have 1% left and then hatch it when you have the milk.

Dinos are useless in the jungle cave, there's a couple of places where it's impossible to get them through, oh, and there's lava, so I'm sure Simon will fall in that if you get that far. Grappling Hooks and Parachutes are pretty much essential. The Ice Cave with the mini Deathworms is easier if you're equipped and in a group, one person baits the Deathworm with a Shield, and the others stay a little behind and blast it with Shotgun/Pump-action when it pops up. Just don't try to take on the Queen, she's really nasty, although you can do a loop of the Cave and pick up several red crates, which has a chance of giving some decent stuff.

On top of the other comments, I should say that the Megalo becomes very useful in Aberration as it doesn't sleep / get debt, and stays in buff. They spawn in some of the lower zones so before you get a Drake they can help.

Pelagornis only eat fish meat, and look for drops in the Desert are in the south east end of the map. The open desert has red desert drops that almost always drop Acendant and Mastercraft gear and blue prints. 👌 one of my fav series. Keep up the good work.

Yet another great Ark Video guys I'll try not to spoil the wonder and learning experience for you guys because I know that is half the fun but I also know how it feels to waste hours of work to find out its not what you thought it was too. Thick should be aware that Ice Wyverns breathe attack doesn't do damage and the flyer nerf mod doesn't apply to the Ice Wyvern so you can't buff their flying speed even with the mod enabled. Hence why their eggs are much easier to acquire. You also need to store the egg in a preserving bin with spark powder or in a refrigerator to keep the egg from rotting. The egg will rot if its not at an incubation temp or if not refrigerated. Neebs should be aware that Hello Nurse probably died because the Pelagornis only eats fish meat so they will starve unless you put that type of meat in the feeding trough. But since other carnivores aren't as picky as the Pelagornis then they will also often eat the fish meat before the selective eaters can get full on their preferred food. Appsro should be aware that the Megalosarus is a nocturnal animal so they are slower and tire quickly during the day and will pass out once they become sleep deprived but have a speed, damage, and aggro distance buff during the night.

Neebs, you guys should set the keybindings for Neutral and Passive. Those two things are the most important ones. I usually set them to N and P because its pretty intuitive. Being able to whistle without having to look at them or even using the menu wheel is a life and time saver. You guys really should do that.. Just to explain a little better, passive they wont attack anything EVEN if its attacking them, so its a good thing when you are trying to escape. Neutral they will attack IF attacked.

Pretty sure he WAS angry but not angry enough anymore to go destroy the tribe. I think he thinks the wyvern will get him back INTO the tribe, which is what I hope, too. I want everyone back together again. Getting a little bored of the wyvern obsession. Meglasarus is a really good cave explorer and Hunter . It is only active in a cave or at night and is significantly weaker in the day. But at night it is complete destroyer. Really good for caves

a lot of the eggs look very similar so i dont know but first of all it is not the size of a wyvern egg plus only ice wvvern eggs can be found in the ice area and ice wyvern eggs are white and blue like the one he got not green and yellow ir could be the egg of an yutyrannus i dont remember its name completely but its a furry rex i belive they have killed one before or it could be the egg of a trex but im pretty sure they dont exist there but that is no wyvern egg the only wyvern egg it could be is a poison wyvern but again they dont live in the cold and they have much bigger eggs

Just FYI for the Barmory cave: It's a long one. Make sure you're prepared for a long cave. Also, grappling is required. There is an artifact in that cave, so when it seems like you've explored all of it and you don't have the artifact, there's still more to it

Thick, just bite the bullet and grind until you have enough supplies to build a wyvern (WHY-vern) cage. Since you'll need milk all through the wyvern's infancy and adolescence, it's worth the investment. Seriously, you're a much better gamer than you've shown over the last 3 videos!

Also this cave that you are planning on going into, you can’t really take in tames. You can take them into that part of the cave, but then the cave fills with lava and yall have to parkour over rocks n shit. At the end of the cave you have to defeat the lava golem, a boss on ragnarok, which you need to use rockets on to kill

Hey guys, great video. I just have one suggestion for Thick since he is so determined about getting a wyvern egg. If you tame a griffen and use its diving attack on the wyverns, you can avoid their attacks and clear the cavern at the same time. not to mention getting a griffen leveled.

Everytime Thick44 picks up an egg I watch the screen to see if it is immediatly removed from his inventory because it spoiled. I was so happy to see this one didn't. Don't get attached - literally get attached to every single animal they tame for the cave. Lol. Went from yay cave adventure to aww I don't want those animals to die!I had a thought that it would be amusing if Neebs and crew put in the proper prep and got a wyvern before Thick did.

Megalosaur get a major buff during night time, like Trodons. They're nocturnal, so they're only useful at night. Get a max level full imprint, and a few of them can destroy almost anything, even a boss.

I don't know if yall have a plan to ever let thick back into the tribe or not, but if so I have an idea of how you could go about it to fit into the story. I have recently been rewatching the Ark series again (this is probably my 3rd time watching them all start to finish) and I thought it was cool how in the earlier episodes yall use to end each episode all sitting around in a circle, some times around a fire, and talk about what yall did for the day on the video. I think it would be funny if you guys try to do that again but something doesn't "feel right" and you come to the conclusion that it's because thicks not there, so you use that as your excuse to go and invite him back to the tribe, just because yall want to sit in the semi-circle around the fire and talk about your day on ark. Plus it seems like thick is slowly going insane by himself, which I like, I think he should keep up even if he gets back into the tribe. Just a thought for you guys, would love to hear you guys read this and discuss your thoughts on this on the next commenting on comments! P.s. yalls channel has pretty much replaced Netflix for me. Soon as I get home from work I get on KZbin and watch yall till I go to sleep like I would other TV shows.

Hey guys, love the channel! :D Quick tip. When you are either killing or taming larger creatures, consider making trap for the animal, this will make it quite managable. :) this is also great for getting milk from the wyverns (Thick 😉) I saw that you guys did this, when taming champ, but havent used it since. A: The Megalosaurus is nocturnal, so don't bother taking him to the cave if you're doing it in the day. Also make sure he has a nice nap before hand if you do take him in. B: Why did you have to give them name? Now I'm attached to them too and I'll get pissed when Simon probably kills one of them.

the bear ice cave is the best place to hunt for drops, theres a cave entrance you can get to with flyers, you just need to dodge the bears, but theres 5 chests in that main area in the same spot & every 15-30 mins they respawn

Scythwing I think they’re delaying progress so that thick has time to get the wyvern, then he’ll bring it as a peace offering and then they’ll face the boss together

Hello Nurse was a Pelagornis. Pelagornis eat only fish and fish only. You can put as much food as you want on your feeding throught, but if none of that is fish then they'll starve to death.

Recently got back from Disney World and had visited the Animal Kingdom. They had a ride call Dinosaur and our car was chased continuously by a Carno. I was freaking out, yelling at the things to go back to ARK and hope they get killed by you guys. Go ahead and laugh, my family did! Although if you were there, you would be howling!!
