hey Sl1p just a tip for your future cave explorations, when your in the hot caves if you stand near the crystal outcroppings you will cool down and you wont be overheating, though im not sure if the same goes for if your cold and they can warm you up, but i know standing near them when your hot will cool you down, hope the tip helps :)
