The spot at 15:50 is where I built my metal base and where I keep my anky on my server, works super well. :) Also not a bad idea to keep a doed up there if you have the argents to transport stone back to base (even better just bring chitin up there and make cement base on the mountain). Also! I've had really good luck finding high level argents on the NE mountain (30, 75), all of my high levels have come from there.

hey slip i sent this to zuelgin over twiter but i think he forgot about it but to what i was going to say you should get 2-3 high level argies and then get 1 mindwipe tonic for each of them(i know its alot of resourses but it WILL be worth it) that way you can have argis with like 1500 to 2000 carry weight and then pump rest into something like heath and movement or melee but other then that slip Your Dah Bestest Of Dah Best AND KEEP BEING TINY

we've got a mining base up that mountain, Sl1p. Ankies are sometimes a bit of a pain when you get close to the edge of the mountain, but it's an amazing source of metal so it's really worth having one up there. There's quite a lot of alpha spawns up and around though. Might be an idea to build it out of metal.

You could try to make a sort of a canal for dropped packages and get them down the mountain that way. Place a box and drop items from there so they go in a certain direction, and then you can fly down, pick up the packages and place them in forges.

Sl1p, it's super easy to kite argy's through the sky. So in the future, you can just kite it back to your base, or a safe spot 100yds away, or whatever, to do the tame.

King Daddy DMac found a 120 Anklo outside of Poop City. Also he has a good method for tranking certain mobs. If it's really hurt, you bring food over to him (other mobs), kill that, and they'll eat them.

For Science, I would love to see a head-to-head competition for cementing paste - one person on a frog the other in a cave with a cat. The person on the frogs goal would be collect 500-1,000 cementing paste call time, then the person on the cat would stop and process all the chitin into cementing paste (adding the stone collection and crafting time to the final time) and compare.

On a previous video you said you are currently hosting the server yourself now. I have recently started my own server as well and I wanted to ask you about your settings. We noticed the highest level dinos we're seeing are around lvl 30 so after some research I found out it's due to the difficulty offset.What is yours set at and are there any other settings you would recommend I look at as well?

I think it would be cool if there was a heat system for your dinosaurs. So, if you had a T rex in a snow area, then it would have the same effects as if your character was in that area without fur gear. This could be counteracted by making a giant pelt thing to keep your dinosaur warm. This could be made easier because there would be some alternatives that could survive in the cold. Such as Yutyrannus being an arctic equivalent to T rex, for example. Anyway, if you brought any polar animals into the regular areas, little would change except the dinosaur would run out of stamina quicker. But, if the dinosaur went into a hot area, it would begin to die of heat. So, in the swamp and other areas it would be more advantageous to use T rex, and in the snow biome it would be better to use Yutyrannus. Some creatures would still be able to survive the cold even if they are not a polar species. Examples include Argentavis, Dodos, and any other future dinosaur that has a large amount of covering. (

Dark Severus Polar creatures wouldn't be affected too much by regular areas. I'm not sure what you could do in desert areas. Perhaps making smaller saddles to keep the animal cool, or a system in which you have to pour water on the dinosaur, but you can make a contraption that goes onto the saddle which does it automatically (assuming it has a good supply of water).

Akylos will get up that hill I had a fully metal base (20 hours of in game building) just down from the peak and it was well worth building there, also only two minutes from the Chiton cave on saber back, careful in there though, i lost a very precious wolf which fell through the world.
