Hey +Sl1pg8r - Daily Stuff and Things! , I have a very helpful tip for you, seeing that you like perfect placement of structures and don't know how to get it perfectly right. I avoided commenting because I thought the others would point this out, but this has been going on since mid season 2 (when I started watching) and till now. Anyway the tip is, you should place fence foundations on the edge of the stone foundation. If you just have one ready and try to place it while looking at a stone foundation it will automatically show you the snap point and you can change it from there. After you do that, you can for example when placing a dino gate, it will automatically show you that it is going to snap onto the fence foundations. I think it was 2 fence foundations for a small dino gate and 8 maybe 9 for a behemoth gate. Hope you like this tip (I know I do) and please keep uploading amazing videos like you have been nonstop. Hey Slip, That magic onyc thing has happened in my games too sometimes they will appear above ground from glitching out of the caves. They will be frozen in place until you aggro them. Then they will all be free and try to attack you. It's happened to me by the lava cave. It can be good if you want to tame one but can be bad if its close to your base

I have a camp up in the North area, in that little tropical area bordering the snow (by the waterfall)...and I came around the corner to find a giga stomping around. I picked something up...and literally baited the giga from there to carno island....so it wouldn't wreck my base. Later, once I was geared better, I went back to carno island, lured her back to main land and tamed her. Her name is Grenda.

So I am super hyped about Ark when I'm watching sl1pg8r (and friends) enough so that I play the game really hard and i love it, but then it hits me that watching sl1p play is alot more fun to me than actually playing. so i watch an episode, get stoked, play a little, get bored, watch the next video etc... ark just isnt as fun without the sl1pg8r.

sl1p, the reason they made the running away mechanic was probbably to be more realistic, I think everyone is pretty sure that dinos in real life would run away if they got to hurt, but I see how it could be annoying

Slip, may I suggest a compy army for the pvp base, if there is a ton of them they will swamp an attacker and because they are so small they will be hard to see when first entering the base. The Ultimate base defence haha.
