If you have a Dino gate as an entry point, it's not good for pvp. Never use a Dino gate, it's a huge weak spot and it means they can fit dinos in to tank interior turrets.

tip do not use dino gates as doors they can fight rex heads or allos in and kill everything i would suggest a seperate building it will be harder to raid and it will cost them more c4 if they want to completely wipe u

rick rivers 10x is the best way to play ark doesn’t require insane hours and is actually fun while not breaking the game. You can get full metal bases solo within a day or two

Nooblet's base design puts all these turret boxes to shame. Check his vids to see how to do it right. He has a 3 hour video of an alpha tribe of over 30 trying to raid him and he takes them on by HIMSELF. After 3 hours they never even TOUCHED his walls. That is how good his design is. You don't need this double layering and 100 turret nonsense to build a base that can't be brought down....this is the mistake people make...they always think more is better and that sheer firepower is always the answer. Newsflash, there is always gonna be someone either on your server or popping in from another server who has bigger and badder. The real key is using a build strategy that combines the natural landscape, gates, and inner wall construction. If this is done right, even an alpha tribe can't touch you because no matter what they have, you force and funnel them to attack you one at a time. These box designs are useless because they don't do that no matter how many T U R R E T S(why does the poster keep calling them t o r r e n t s?) or how thick you make the walls. Just my two cents.
