thanks so much dude! exacly 1 year ago (well 25th April) my friends introduced me to ARK and we built this mansion on The Island as our main basement, we later on made other other bases on Ragnarok, Extinction and Aberration, those 3 weeks of intense fun were the best of my 2020 :') sadly we stopped playing cuz my friend bugged inside the ground on Aberration while we were catching a Reaper, o much pain now :(

Another awesome build! Also, a tip for painting, hitting the melee button refills the spray can with the current color. Saves you inventory and region enable time. But amazing as always. Saw some ideas that I will be incorporating into my own builds. Thanks!

Good build dude love the doubling up with the dino gates to form the pen , discovered this by accident the other day and have used it a few times already but that roof in places being on a different snap point so its='s slightly raised up would drive me mental , also you can just press CTRL to reload the current colour in the spray gun

I like the concept, however the the open exterior doorframes and gates without doors is a little odd in my opinion. I love the grand staircases and rounded section at the front. Would have to move the doorways if I were to build it for my ark.

How are you guys finding flat ground to build on?? Im on xbpx and still a bit of an Ark noob. I try to build like ypu guys but can never find flat land.

the original map "the island" doesn‘t have a lot of flats like that, they do exist but are rare and on multiplayer servers usually already taken. additionally there‘s maps from expansions, the one in the video is one of those i‘m pretty certain, though idk about those with console, and then there‘s also tons and tons of community made maps on the steam workshop, so if you want to be creative and build a lot, i highly recommend getting the game on pc if possible, in addition to a huge choice of maps, there‘s also plenty of other stuff on the workshop, furniture, more building parts, you name it, and all for free :)) if pc is not an option, here‘s another tip: not all flat areas are plainly visible, often they are concealed by trees (which can be cut down ofc, and conveniently be turned into building material right away) so do search the forests, too

No, his dead body. It shows you a beam of light where you died so you can find your body and recover anything that you had on you when you died. It only goes away if you take everything, including your implant, and harvest the body.
