Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin announces lawsuit against ATF, Biden administration

During a press conference on May 1, 2024, Attorney General Tim Griffin announced that, along with 19 other other states' attorney generals, his office would be filing suit in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas against the ATF and the Biden administration over a new new rule that affects the ability of private collectors and hobbyists to buy and sell firearms.
The suit comes weeks after the ATF mortally wounded gun enthusiast and firearms dealer, Bryan Malinowski, the former executive director of Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport/Adams Field in Little Rock.

@cwhulke97, I hadn't even heard of this story till just now. Not only was I shocked by the "not wearing body cams" but actually circumventing his own security system.... The gov't is the biggest "PRO-SURVEILLANCE ADVOCATE FOR THE SAKE OF SAFETY AND SECURITY" that exists and yet they would cover a homeowners security camera so he can't see who is beating on his door at 6 am.... They said they had a tracker on his SUV and tailed him, apparently "making him drive erratically at times." It was alleged that between May 2021 and Feb 2024, he bought and resold around ~150 guns. They say he bought them legally and sometimes sold them within 24 hours. "Malinowski was under investigation for allegedly selling firearms without a license, some of which were used in crimes, authorities said." If you do the Math tho, he basically sold nearly 5 guns per month just breaking it down evenly. For a "gun enthusiast" that does not seem "extreme." Whether or not he did so legally is the question. Idk the man but his brother claimed that financially he was well-off so why would he mess that up when he was the kind of guy to "always keep his nose clean." Apparently he was the highest paid official for the city in Little Rock at nearly $264,000 annually. Hopefully the truth comes out.

There is zero excuse for law enforcement to not have video of this warrant. It was a Search Only warrant, and not an arrest warrant. Not sure why the local sheriff even allowed for the door to be kicked in on this house. It is beyond belief that they would have even executed this type of order when even the common person knows there was a much easier and safer way, that would not have put our U.S Assets at risk. This man was no "Drug Kingpin" nor was he even considered a dangerous threat (As defined by the warrant in front of a judge). The ATF is completely out of control and reckless in its actions, and these events really shed light on the lack of proper respect for our U.S Citizens. I encourage everyone to review the footage of their approach of the front door before they taped over the citizen doorbell camera. Look at what type of titling is on their equipment and "Uniforms", or Lack Thereof! It is very questionable that they were not attempting to create a confusing scenario, and we will have to be dependent on witness testimony (And not just the asses that are trying to cover their asses)
