The police dog wont be able to smell it if the criminal wears gloves when loading the weed into the vacum bag, and makes absolutly sure he doens't touch anywhere on the outside of the bag of plastic, and puts it in something like coffee, or strong engine grease. But even one tiny touch of the gloves on the outside of the bag, and the dog can smell it for years after.. quite incrediable the police dogs nose, but not foolproof.

As others have said, I think there was a tip involved. I guess it could be just great police work or cops that have psychic abilities, but it sure seems that whenever someone is pulled over on KZbin for following a truck too closely, the cops will be asking to look in the trunk within a few minutes. (Not that there's anything wrong with that 😀.)
@keithclayton12719 ай бұрын
With the prevalence of drug dealers carrying firearms Law Enforcement would be crazy to send a single unit to investigate a reliable tip. If it's a reliable tip they often will observe at a distance so they can cuff the buyers as well, especially when it's a federal investigation (inter-state drug smuggling = federal and usually large quantities). They'll follow vehicles with out-of-state plates sometimes just to watch their driving and if the driver does anything improper they analyze their body language and answers to questions after initiating a stop. These are nothing more than criminals driving stupidly, and being even more stupid once they're pulled over. No tips involved.

These drug trap officers must be profiling certain car models having out of state plates at select chokepoints.
