This was a BS case. Corporal Earls used unneeded force on that dude for "pulling away from him." You had nothing on these people except speeding and and that BS bit of paraphernalia. You acted like it was a big time felony stop trying to slam that dudes face in the pavement.

Never a dull moment for all our law enforcement officers of today, no matter what city or state. They are constantly facing the worst we have, it's as simple as that. Kindness is often mistaken for weakness by the really evil people out there. The Nation is totally drowning in drugs and thugs and killers. I remember how peaceful and beautiful Arkansas was in 1961. It wasn't covered with freeways and blacktops then. I once was just having a really bad day I just wasn’t paying attention to my driving and I flew by a Wisconsin State Trooper saw him hit his lights and I looked down and I was doing way over the speed limit. I just pulled right over and waited for him. He comes up to me and asked me why did I stop and wait he said there was plenty of exits ahead that I could have taken to lose me. I said yes true but I can’t out run your radio. Just having a bad day wasn’t paying attention to my speed. He just gave me a ticket for not wearing my seatbelt

Something I did not like about this officer's actions was he stopped searching the car then went back to his car and went inside of his car and then went back to her car and started searching the front passenger side of her car again and supposedly found something and cuffed her and then went and cuffed the man and said now you have to identify your self. That's just very suspicious to me the only reason he should of went back to his car was to get a evidence bag but he didn't have one when he went back and found whatever he found it just looks bad in my eyes.
