What an outstanding concert! I have become a total devotee of the Nemmara brothers after hearing this concert. The Dharmavati alapana and the expert handling of the less commonly heard Dikshitar kriti (Ramachandrasya Dasoham) will stay in my mind for a long time! My sincere thanks to Madhuradhwani for this brilliant piece of traditional nadhaswaram music. The fluent brigas took me back to the days of listening to Rajarathnam Pillai, Karaakurichi and Chinnamaulana. Thanks also to my friend Sunder for bringing this great duo to my attention.
