I got two of these guys so I clipped off the ears, sharpened and repainted and it looks great! I'm in the works of making a leather-ish cape and I repainted the bat symbol dark gold and reshaded the rest into a darker grey. I know this is years after the release but I love this figure and I want a really good realistic looking rebirth batman.

Oh just from my observation, i was looking high and low for one with both straight ears and couldnt find one and the crooked ear was always the left.

I just picked this figure up and beside the QC issues I'm glad I purchased him. The left ear issue and paint chipping appears to be in the whole line of Bats here. The design and articulation is sweet because it doesn't appear to break up the sculpt as a whole. Still be careful when handling Bats because of it is delicate. More so DC seems to have rushed it without paying much attention to quality control.

Great review! I just got this figure from Game Stop yesterday. Unfortunately, his left arm wouldn't move and his bicep broke off. But I took it back and got a replacement. I love this figure so much. Keep up the great work!

The lad gave me the Red Hood in this line for Fathers' Day. I think it's the best of the five figures. I didn't get the Batman because I did think the head and face were a bit off scale. I really like the Harley Quinn figure though and may pick it up this week at Gamestop.

This is exactly what I want from DC figures. The fact that Batman towers over Spider-Man is most enjoyable. Frkn Bruce Wayne is 6ft 2 for crying out loud! He should be tall!!!

His right arm has different articulation from his left arm, I almost broke it trying to turn it until I realized it's different. Also why does he come with the extra hand? It's nearly identical to the hand he already has on him.

Whew, Shartimus. The eyes' paint on yours looks horrible, unlike mine. And about the left ear, they're all crooked (except the paint that came off), maybe because of the packaging. And from the way I see the articulation, it seems that yours is quite easy to move. How did you do that? Mine's so stiff, so I have to give some might every time I try to articulate the figure (sometimes I'm afraid that it might break), especially on the left elbow and the ankles rotation.

I agree his legs are long... I do not like the skin tone at all - bubble gum pink lips and waxy looking flesh.... I do like the Kevlar look however he is just too scrawny for me. ONE:12 is still my favorite Bat ever!
