@@dtorrey867 i hear you my guy! The only reason why I wouldn't put this over agent venom is the defect. Venom did so well that most knew very little about including myself. I look more into him because of how well the figure was. Batman is such a universal character. This could have been one of the biggest releases in a very long time. But Kaiyodo dropped the ball a little. I'm still grabbing him for sure !

A lot of issues feedback from Amazing Yamaguchi fan community in China. Some people love it because no QC issue on his own figure. Some people accept it because they are capable to fix the issues by themselves. Some people hate it because of this figure design or QC (short legs, weak/broken pivot under shoulder armor, arm/legs pop out easily, huge gap between chest armor...)

@ 11:52 mark in video, note the 1st AY Batman was New 52 comics based fyi. My only gripe w'this guy is the body proportions as legs appear too short & torso area too long, as reflected in the belt position, legs length & crotch position differences between the AY 1st Batman & this guy @ 11:52 mark in video which are quite noticeable imo. Other than that issue (which is disappointing imo), about as good as it gets in 1:12 scale imo. Thanks for the post.

Articulation & Size comparison should be the Standard when reviewing any action figure . Other toy reviewer should do the same as yours, it's giving us more perception of the figure itself before buying it for ourselfves.

Thank you for this video! Sick and all you delivered. I am a bit disappointed in the height. But i see there will be a solution for it in the future. I don't know why people are complaining about accessories!! Comes with everything a Batman should have. The Best Batman "Hush Black" has roughly the same amount. People need to be aware of what makes sense for that particular character. It did seem like you were trying to be fragile with him. I wish he doesn't really fall apart .

Short King! Haha the height is a huge miss on this one. In the promo images they have Batman and the Arkham Knight literally standing face to face shoulder to shoulder! So based on that alone they screwed up. I’m a big Batman fan and this will be one of the most unique Batman figs on the market. AY is getting much better at hiding the ugly joints while still retaining maximum articulation. But damn the sizing of this figure is WAY OFF. It should at least scale well with the Arkham Knight. At the end of the day I’m still looking forward to having this figure in hand. Outside of the weird height I think everything else looks really dope. I’ll wait to have it in hand before I pass judgment. Still looks fun to pose! 🤷🏽‍♂️

People complaining as if this wasn’t one of the best Batman figures out there. In terms of scaling, yamaguchi has always scaled smaller than other brands so obviously it will be smaller than other figures. In terms of accessories I think it’s great we have detailed ones and correctly sized batarangs as well as multiple hands to vary for posing, even the Mafex one (which was priced almost the same) had less accessories with exception of the alternate face. And the cape, yeah probably is going to ripple on the very long run, but if you played the Arkham games you know this exactly how it looks and just cloth wouldn’t have that wet, smooth look to it. I think it is a very solid figure and without a doubt one of the best batman figures, I don’t think there is other Batman figure that has this much articulation and posing options while looking this good at the same time. But at the end of the day the most important thing is that you enjoy what you’re paying for, if it’s not for you, then wait for probably a 2.0 release in some time but if you want it just get it :)
