I've had the same thing happen to me like what happened to you with the guy that didn't see you. Mine was however in Harley Quinn's DLC in Knight I thought it was soooooo funny! it's only happened the one time though lol

The game is broken. Scripts are only partially triggered. The enemy is looking for me, but does not see me at close range. I've had it so many times. 😆
