Actually s2 and s3 are good... but in other situation, the funtion was different.. S2 for clearing any weak enemy, S3 same, but only for tanky to some heavy enemy in a moment

S3 is better for M3 (depending if you do use it often), S2 on the other hand could use one or two Mastery, but it isn’t required to max out unless it is the only skill you use for Bagpipe.

@@Zack_Zander Yeah, true... but still it needed in some situation.. recommended to M3 skill 2 & 3

@@DrRebornOfficials Yea, didn’t say that it isn’t needed or strong, just that M3 from Skill 3 usually have a stronger impact over Skill 2. Assuming that the player don’t have a lot of material to fully M3 both skills, It would be best to max Skill 3 first while S2 can be M2 at most for the 3rd charge. That is unless the player don’t use Bagpipe’s Skill 3 often.
