Yes for buff and better with skalter than another medic

Skalter basically covers for another medic because she increases the healing output of the existing medics by buffing their attack. Then she also does a passive HP regen and buff for Surtr on top of that. We went from needing almost 8 units down to about 4~5 with the inclusion of Skalter with good deployment tiles, partly because stronger healing options, but also because Skalter makes all of those medics perform much better so you don't need as many
