Ifrit lowering his res with both talent and s3, Saria amplifying arts damage received with s3, two stainless s1 constructs granting attack, Suzuran giving fragile for damage amplification with s3, Eyja passive off field granting casters attack, and finally Ebenholz recipient of all that doing big damage with his s3. Should be everything involved in the boss's death.

in order of deployment: myrtle, elysium, ines, saileach: harold appears pretty quickly, so triple flags + ines mean that everyone is ready in time. Ines is additionally redeployed later to help reveal mobs after harold beefs it. gg: keeps the map safe by hitting defunct furnaces with her global skill. also kills trash so ebenholz can save charges. ebenholz: mystic casters save charges between mobs and fire them all at once when one comes into range - they are built to be delete buttons. ebenholz has a buff against elites and bosses with his skill active, plus an additional charge that is only used against them, meaning with the right support, he can hit one ebenholzillion*4 damage in an instant, bypassing hp gates simply by hitting for dig bick damage. that said, he does need good support, otherwise it's just ok damage for elite sniping. suzuran, saria: serve essentially the same purpose, except saria can block trash for gg to eventually kill so ebenholz doesn't lose charges he should be using on harold. both saria and suzuran's skills inflict an aoe slow + a debuff. suzuran's is a generalized fragile debuff, saria is specifically an arts damage boost. this is important because the same kind of debuff can't be applied to the same enemy. this concept will pop up again later! stainless: his first skill is an attack steroid for anyone being affected by one of his devices. the little kitty robot tvs to ebenholz's left and front each double his damage when stainless' skill activates for a total of around a 4x boost to attack. ifrit: arts resistance shred. "doesn't that stack with saria's debuff?" nah. ifrit removes resistance to arts damage, saria makes arts hit for more damage. if this was a snowball fight, ifrit melts any snow walls you're hiding behind, and saria makes you more vulnerable to hypothermia. (continuing this metaphor, suzuran made you go into the fight with a broken rib, and stainless puts rocks in the snowballs. ebenholz has four rock packed snowballs mashed into one giant "fuck you die" snowball and is hyping himself to throw it you by reminding himself how much he hates you specifically, much like kendrick lamar for the past 10 years when he was forced to think about drake). eyjafjalla: covers bottom lane. edit: nearoc remembered her passive caster buff and i did not. i accept this L. bagpipe: dp cheerleader for flagpipe strats. the only real tech here is the way invincibility and a mystic caster's charges interact. when ebenholz nukes harold and sends him to second phase, there is a lengthy invincibility window where harold recharges hp. while this is usually a bit annoying, it works perfectly with ebenholz's kit. the invincibility window is long enough for ebenholz to get all four of his charges back in time for round 2, and short enough that the duration on his skill doesn't run out, meaning he's still fully buffed when harold is out of invincibility phase. this window also gives time for the support to fully charge and activate their skills so they're prepared to fire when harold drops invincibility. press buttons. win! with the correct support (mainly suzuran S3 and saria S3), he can 1 shot many bosses since he deal damage on 1 big hit instead of big atk with multiple hits. edit: u need to saved up all the charge like on this run by isolating trash mob out of his range

​​​@@prd6617 His stored attack it's actually multiple attacks at once (you can see that bunch of red numbers overlap when he attack), but since each attacks deal tons of damage that it doesn't matter anyway

I can only imagine how it must feel to be Arknights game developer at this point. Player base keeps destroying your content, so you try to make event bosses more dynamic and give them invulnerability stages to discourage burn down tactics. You end up making funny uncle with total of 4 invulnerability stages and got to later hear how your boss didn't even last 11 seconds..

Honestly what Harold deserves, BS boss mechanics. I was not a fan of him at all.
