The best part is that Charles' didn't just drop dead when Vina told him they had won, the armor had stopped functioning entirely after the fight with the Nachzehrer and Charles' survived but it is discovered that all this time his flesh were fused to the armor. Knowing his duty has ended, the Last Steam Knight died from consciously having what was left of the armor's core ignite his heart.

@@kaiyangchen564 Completely disagree. Witch king magical tower is not his actual base of operations, It's was actually his pavilion in the void. His tower on terra is just a gateway that connects terra to the pavilion. Secondly, His art is far from useless even without his tower. Since on the opening hour of the rebellion, the caster on the side of the rebellion got malted into a puddle by witch king art before they could do anything. And that is happen in the twilight of his rule, which we know that at that time he spent most of his time in the pavilion rather on terra. But i do agree on ' No one can fight against the state' since his fall didn't came from just 'And then the twin Empress break into his pavilion and kill him ' but rather from a smaller element of defiance stack on each other( such as the sabotage of his tower defense) that allow the rebellion to have a chance of success in the first place.

The choice of music works so well for the history of the Steam Knights, and the way you depicted it all, from their creation to their downfall in the Londinium-Kazdel war, passing by several events like the last Crusade led by Kal'tsit...
