So in terms of dps increases this looks actually balanced for once, its a fun mod that gives some tuning to her kit which was starting to fall off a little bit, bringing her back to the meta without pushing the boundaries and also increasing the utility of her talent slightly so she's a good pairing for other ammo units like Lumen and the R6 squad

Outside of the still low RNG talent (going from 20/22% to 25/27%) being an RNG talent, the upgrade is shockingly well balanced. An upgrade without being a Thorns level boost to get her closer to Wisadel.

the chance 25% at mod3 is for each shot, but with s3 she shot 2 ammo per time, so the real chance is 50% instead

It's a sad state of affairs when the original power creep scare's module is decent and still doesn't even touch the feet of the newer sniper. Will say the ammo chance seems like it'll make her better at crowd clearing for longer periods, which makes sense for the archetype, biggest issue is 32 dp cost and 25 sp windup for something that's not the best tool for a job anyways. Much cheaper ops can handle crowd clearing majority of the time, and ultimately need to since getting 32dp + 25sp out super early is prohibitive, and relatively cheaper options can do bossing as well or better too. Not a bad op, but not really first or even fourth choice for anything anymore.

If the overpowered limiteds age worst, then so do the rest of the ops from that era. Thus, if the limited banner is a scam banner, so would be the other banners.

@@eufrosniad994 funny enough thats not true ifyou have played long enough, Silverash, Eyjafalla, Saria, Suzuran, Surtr are still used til this day to clear high end content compared to the use of year one limited units (W, Rosmontis,Nian), same thing for the units around chalter year, (kaltsit,saileach, Mountain, Gnosis) and its the same for the next ops, you logic is quite dumb tbh

@@novyknec1113 Well, no, I am pointing out the issue with your claim and I would propose that your latest reply only proves my point. Chen Alt can still be used effectively just as Silver Ash could be used. Chen Al can still clear the content she always cleared in the past + help even today when used effectively. So your original comment is untrue and even you yourself can realize that.

@@eufrosniad994 I literally said High end content, where have you seen chen al in high risk clears for max risk, or max score for battle plan? She stopped being the best dps choice since cc#11 not even in POO was useful to get 620 day 1 but guess who appears consistently in those clears ? Saria, Suzuran etc ops that literally made said strat viable, just like in the latest battle plan the stars to clear it were Ines and Ceobe, making those 2 literally irreplaceable are those 2 limited? no And besides that point, Yes, Ak is a very easy game everyone can clear the normal stages, ex stages and even S/H stages without issue, but the better options to clear said stages change over time with the release of standard operators not the limited ones since the most versatile Ops are in that roster, which is why I said limited operators dont age well and cost more than they will provide over time. Just to put another example is with d15 IS4 , has chen al being considered a good choice to start with? or people prefer to start with degen, typhon, mlynar or reed alter?

@@novyknec1113 I think you should reread your initial comment and you will see that you literally did not say high end content. As for the rest, I do generally agree that IS runs and most present day content does not see usage of Chen Alt. However, neither do we see the same utility we saw of Silver Ash or a Surtr as before. It is just what it is about gacha games since they do have release operators with powerful enough kits to appeal to players to pull, and in turn creep up the difficulty to match these new ops and so forth. Anyway, I am a completely f2p player, so they haven’t cost me. I just save up and pull in those limited banners, unless it is an op like Degenbrecher, Typhon etc. Then it’s honestly not very noticeable even if they are power crept. Also worth pointing out that some people are just hunting for ops. There are people who want original W operator when she is hardly ever necessary. So limited appeal can work in various ways.

Eh it doesnt fix her core issues that much. Too much dp, high sp cost, and low DPH (still) alongside weird range. She is still nowhere top 5 tier or even close to wisadel but atleast is better for general content now

@@PlatinumKrown The issue was her being released unannounced and modes like IS didnt exist back then wich are the main endgame modes now rivaling CC. The power gap of operators from 3 years ago and operators from now are also borderline extreme.
