Well, basically we have a free 6-star operator who is a digitized ghost of Queen Teresa, who in turn is a projection of the crown of the fiend king, who copies Theresa 100% in character and other moral and physical qualities. To be honest, for some time I thought that it was a clone of Theresa that was used as a host for the artifact "crown of the fiend king".

A great bard, with a great sidegrade to Skalter! Her talent 1 seems nice, but it’s hard to guess how impactful it is without seeing it in use enough. The 2nd talent is good, but situational. Mudrock with ModX1 takes only 49.5% damage from any blocked Sarkaz though, that’s pretty fun. S1 seems like a great f2p sidegrade for Skalter S2. Skalter S2 has a hps of 88, while she has 140, up to 168 with the easier crystal triggers. Of course, Skalter’s S2 is a very strong Inspire mechanic, with the extra stats making you need less healing to begin with, and the global Seaborn is also great. But if you don’t have Skalter, she’s an easy comfy pick, especially for enmity units or against arts damage. S2 is a bit weak in terms of pure offensive buffs - Inspire doesn’t stack, and she gives 399 while Heidi S1 gives 420 + 6% ATK and Skalter S3 gives 487 or so. Heidi can helidrop with faster cycles (and is also free + cheaper) and Skalter has global range, but Heidi also reduces block (not too much of an issue) and Skalter kills herself, while Theresa has no gimmicks for that. However, the true damage and bind gives this a strong consideration as well, with the balls doing almost 1.1k true damage each. It might be a bit hard to line it up at times, but if you can lock on your target it does good work thanks to the bind. S3 is a sidegrade of Skalter S1. She gives a massive 360 HPS (Skalter S1 has 266), along with almost 2k hp for everyone in range. Skalter’s S1 has no interval for health redistribution though, so potential ST bursts can have Skalter S1 work better if it’s too fast, but as we see here the extra HP and redistribution still helps mudmud survive Patriot. Overall, it’s a good free welfare. I imagine S2 is the common skill, but S1 can work for Skalterless people and S3 will have its moments like Silence2 and Skalter S1.

The issue with Skalter S1 is that more often than not (at least for me), Skalter may die before the tanks themselves, especially when she has to absorb damage from multiple operators at once. Right now we have Silence S3, Skalter S1 and Civilight Eterna S3 as the trio of one-shot protection, so to speak, each with different effects and limitations. Silence S3 provides the most "absolute" one-shot protection possible but is also the most limiting in terms of duration and activation count; Civilight Eterna has the least guaranteed one-shot protection (the max HP% increase being the sole survival stat) but the most powerful sustaining power, especially for multiple allies at once; and Skalter is... about the middle of the pack, I suppose. Has anyone try Civilight Eterna S3 against Sui's laser beams? That would be a perfect frame of reference for her sustain power.

It's kind of insane that she's a welfare, honestly. Seems practically Gladiia tier good. And she's There-sus for the waifu loyalists. S3 also makes crushers useful for something other than artillery tanking... Just sit one down to be a gigantic EHP battery while someone with actual defense takes the hit and thus shares the reduced value. At least I think that's how it works.

To be honest im more concerned about her s2 than s3 and s1, bcoz i already knew about her s3 bcoz very niche use. She just like a healer plus abjurer (that give sanctuary) instead she give hp buff) , if i want compare with Skalter s3, S3 skalter basically buff the dmg output of our operators that what generally players like. CE only give our operators in term of surviving , basically what are defender role do and to buff of them to. My concern on S2 bcoz if u guys see the best is she deal a good amount of true dmg where it is very powerful enemies like that can dogde become can't dodge, a dmg that very effective toward boss and elite because all of them have high def and res. Aside that she like become perma bind the enemies. Aside skalter and kalsit who can deal true dmg.

Is it even worth it to still go for Skalter? Eterna seems like a very decent sidegrade, and she's entirely free. I am about to spark on the current limited banner because Vivi has been evading me for 300 pulls, but using that spark on Vivi is a waste, so Skalter is a decent candidate for me. I've always liked the idea of having a 6-star bard. But I could quite honestly just wait six months and grab someone else instead.

She is very good and a straight Skalter S1 & S3 upgrade. S2 is still too good to pass for Skalter, and her summon is still invaluable for semi global sustain.

I’d say civilight s3 is upgrade of skalter s1, but I think skalter s3 and civilight s2 do things very differently. Civilight s2 is single target focus for its DPS, so can’t do things like cleaning up blood ambers or crowds, and skalter s3 is buffing focus with AOE true damage as a bonus. I haven’t been able to see civilight s2’s buffing capabilities though so can’t say for sure. Definitely a VERY nice sidegrade for a welfare though.

Skalter's S2 is still the best overall, gives DEF and ATK and increased Trait healing. CE S1 is only increased Trait Healing so it's good as Medic substitute. CE S3 is a damage mitigation sidegrade to Skalter S1. Skalter S1 straight up shares damage meanwhile CE S3 is HP redistribution. This means that if the attacked ally can't survive that one attack, CE won't have the chance to redistribute HP, while Skalter S1 enables real time damage split at the risk of her dying bc Bards are frail. damage buffing wise, CE S2 is a sidegrade to Skalter S3 without the downsides, and with damage and some kind of CC to boot. However, Skalter S3 is true damage and it has its applications. lastly, Skalter's most powerful asset, her Seaborn summon that practically extends her range anywhere we want. conclusion: Skalter has established a high bar to pass and as a welfare, Civilight Eterna can actually keep up. Instead of replacing Skalter, use CE as a supplement instead.
