General Advice: - Arts resistance artifacts are your best friend. - Nightingale = MVP. Bring AOE Medics. - Cresson is classified as ground. Not aerial. - The boss targets two operators with ranged Arts attacks. - Taunt or be aware of your deployment order. - 10 minute time limit to defeat the boss. - It cannot be targeted unless the pylon is active. 5 seconds base or 10 seconds overcharge. - Allow the pylon the overcharge to maximize damage. - Cresson can skip multiple stop points to trick you. Set up at least one DPS check point or two. - Defender with 3 block is required unless you have lots of DPS.

Great guide. You made it look easy. Mountain carrying that whole left side. I just hate when you take a casual walk in the mountains, and you end up having to fight some cosmic abomination lol.

Ah yes. The black hole of doom. Or I like to sometimes call it the Ascendant Meatball from Destiny 2. Anyway, here's a neat trick for those who have Typhon: Her S3 can track the boss once she activates her skill, assuming nothibg else enters her attack range before hand. Then she can keep her skill active as the boss moves around as long she doesn't get taken out by anything.

I was about to say 'definitely not' as during my first encounter with this boss I had a '+x% (was it 0.2-0.3SP?) auto SP' relic and didn't see much difference, but carefully looking at Ecko's and others' videos there *is* something strange. For example, at 3:26 you can see Ecko's tower is still on cooldown after he used it on southern checkpoint, whereas in my case the tower was ready just moments before the boss jumps from western to northern checkpoint. But I don't know if it was thanks to that relic or there was another factor in play.

@@erikho6936he runs at 60, 40, 20 or three times. Use a defender and medic to stall him at the start and you can do the rest of the stage without him. Afterwards a medic with a defender or someone with high defense 5 squares away from the Boss position, as he will only run 5 squares. You can skip a run if you have high dps like a GG with S3 M3 and a artifact that buff arts damage
