The fact that in other games team synergy is important and one average unit can become the extreme meta if they're in the correct support team meanwhile if an operator can't work by itself in arknights then they're considered "bad" (I'm a GFL: PNC player btw).

​@@qgvinh8614 I don't think they hate synergies per say. I mean Ulpianus came out recently and most people loved him even though he needs synergy to really shine. Guess they just want each op in the team to be really really busted lol.

Man fr tho, some meta slave just fuckin look into wisadel and compare Nymph to her and called it a day. Also I think that the s3 of her not able to inflict elemental is kinda dumb although make sense or else she would be unstoppable

Tbf, we already had options to skip their gimmicks when they came out as well. Nymph especially is a poor choice unless you also get more applications for Necrosis, because Valarqvin doesn’t cut it against some bosses and Virtuosa is limited.

@@Area_GnC The entire strength of the archtype is that its able to bypass defense and res in context that they REQUIRE other operators to work. Nymph sucks, this video isnt a good showcase as her niche is invalidated by Logos already and Virtuosa is the one thats doing the core job here, take away virtuosa and there is no operator that can remotely help Nymph anymore. Now imagine her kit wich is glued to other operators to even function not being different than Arts damage when they add Elemental RES. Yeah at that point ENTIRE purpose of elemental damage and primal casters would just die and nobody would use them. It doesnt take that much to figure thay out

necrosis alone do 800 elemental damage(basically true damage for now) per second for 15 second sum to 12k damage nymph base attack at e2lvl90 max trust is 745 (772 with pot 3), 1st talent cause enemy take 40% atk as elemental damage per second, 2nd talent increase her atk by 2% everytime she hit a necrosis burst enemy, stacking up to 10(+2 with pot 5) times now her s3m3 +220% atk, reduce atk interval to 1s, and deal elemental damage to enemy under necrosis burst, that sum up to about 2860+1144 dps (3063+1225 with pot) and its also elemental damage (I dont think attack 2 target mean she can also attack same enemy twice but not sure)

Necrosis alone is 12k. As for the extra damage, I guess all of Patriots HP lol.

Nymph's damage is substantial if she is paired with Virtuosa, who is the only current choice to actively/passively fill up the elemental(necrosis) damage bar.

Honestly, her S2 has been a really fun skill, I use it the most for stuff like IS and general usage. Necrosis application is really fun to play with, and it has good self damage unlike S1 and good cycling unlike S3.

Can you test this on Kristen? Unlike Duraqael or Mandragora, she reduces even True damage so it's interesting if Elemental damage can bypass her mechanics

She doesn't reduce true damage, she increases her max HP according to the amount of pulsing balls on the map.

@@user-uu6xz6lk6o Me and a few friends had a discussion about this in discord. Turns out HG/Yostar never mention pulse balls increase Kristen's HP. Damage reduction is strictly for Phys and Arts, never True. The reason why True seems to deal less is because her HP is higher, thus the damage depletes her bar slower.

In game's files, there is an asset `gamedata\excel\buff_table` which has two separate buffs `damage_resistance` and `damage_resistance[IncludePure]`

Omg you still on about this BS??? No he wouldn't, Logos doesn't deal Elemental damage, he deal ARTS damage and APPLY necrosis, wich is a debuff that does 12k elemental damage, no matter how much you buff him, the elemental damage he does is NOT TIED to his stats, the whole point of Primal caster is that they deal MORE of that type of damage, scaling with their stats. That's why it's being showcases on bosses that have ARTS DODGE and DAMAGE REDUCTION, because these specific bosses drasticly reduce logos DPS where it doesn't affect Nymph, but I guess you never took the time to read these bosses description... At least if you're gonna comment this under every showcase video under the sun, make the effort to understand how the mechanic work...

@@kevinseraphin5456Tbf, Logos *does* deal Elemental damage as well. It’s also part of his module. And it is tied to his stats. So you’re also wrong there. He can do better on stuff like H7-4 swarm, but I’m not sure about stuff like Mandra or Manfred tbf.
