yes. he dont have a chance that he can withdraw. nor he can take the deep cuts , he cant take it all. he is also not the mirror, he is just a wall. so if the mirror crack he will watch himself fall.

If the anchor stops on a tile he can deploy on, Ulpianus will Move to that tile. Skill can be manually deactivated; when skill ends, Ulpianus returns to his original position is pretty much the same as Consumes 100 HP per second and deals 200 True damage per second to enemies that have either attacked or been attacked by this unit. I don't think you've watched the videos of him taking on bosses with an all Abyssal Hunter team... One of the other Abyssal Hunters also restores a percentage of HP to all Abyssal Hunters I think, so that in itself might be enough to invalidate that self-inflicted damage. I'm not saying that he's meta, but he can definitely pull off crazy stuff.
