For context and spoilers ahead: Viviana is a bastard child of a Leithanian noble. Her father doesn't want this to be heard by the public as it may give him shame so Viviana must be kept hidden inside a tower(?). With only books that keep her entertained.

Translation for the German part: "Clouds are reflected in water. Moons are hidden behind the clouds. The feathered beast asks me, where are you? The flowers bloom in storm and are frosted. I only have this life and (Silence?/Solitary?) and the Light." iirc schweigen literally tanslated to silence or nothingness, although maybe solitary is a more appropriate english word here. Maybe someone with more experience can correct me. Also as beambreaker said, MSR lyrics have a couple of grammatical errors which appear to be fixed in the song.
