Dialogue implies Platinum hasn't though she's apparently seen their arrows in action (as those appear in the dream during her Operator Record). And from the AU epilogue at least one of them is implied to reside outside the actual KGT urban area anyway... What I'm saying is they're rather less likely to be present than the POTUS at some random barracks. They make a *point* of ineffable anonymity. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
