Ceobe S1 is really good, even though you're lowering her overall damage compared to S2. Hopefully S1's freeze mechanic appears in future (despite Gnosis etc existing) S2 is scarily powerful while S3 seems counterintuitive but is indeed a great Silencing option, yeah

I regret choosing Kal'tsit now. Bagpipe, Saileach, Ceobe, Mudrock, Surtr and Eyafjalla all are very interesting and have great damage and impactful skills.
