Rat King is practically Lungmen's underworld governor, and Hoshiguma also actually used to be in the underworld too. So basically it felt like they are saying it's a custom of the underworld to give presents in the style of fake bomb package. :D

@@karamatsumatsuno8385 Actually, all the animated stuff is from Yostar who handle global distribution (KR, JP and EN). On CN it's just hypergryph (the game devs) so CN server events don't even get animated PVs until they make it to global... If anything, an anime is more likely to be pushed from the global side rather than CN...
