I love the porch and the exterior as is. I love the amount of counter space if you are a baker or even a cook you need that space. I would rather not have two living rooms and would probably make the front living room into a formal dining room. I like the pantry in the utility room but it would be nice to also have space for an upright freezer.

Hi I'm new to your Channel 😊, Just seen the Arlington Model Home. I was really Impressed with the Floor Plan, Most of the time their is the Long hallway to get to the Bedrooms, and Guest Bathroom. Instead you can go through that Room a Den or Office Space, and put a Farms Door for Which what I truly appreciate. That Master Bedroom is Beautiful and that Bathroom is WOW. I loved Front Porches, it's makes a 🏠 extremely Gorgeous. Like to see a Oversized Garage, What's the Price of this Model. LOVE your VIDEO 😍😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
