I just finished the book. At some parts I had to stop for a few minutes because I was so angry... with all the shit that happens in america, and all over the world. Not only black people but all minorities, people getting killed because of their goddamn color. This makes me so angry and I feel so powerless. Not even always getting killed, to be called at, ridiculed, abused, verbally abused. This is unacceptable and people who do this simply go free. I'm from Brazil and I live in Belgium, I moved here with my mom because she wanted a better future for me. And she got verbally abused, she was called a profiter because she married a white man. She works almost day and night to pay for everything and always has to deal with difficult customers talking shit to her. At school I was one of the few foreigners, I was verbally abused, bullied, and told to return to my country. I wish the world wasn't like that. But if I can say one thing, never let it be done. Stand up for yourself and your people. You are worth more than what idiots say about you. I'm sorry for my slightly flawed English.

A white guy from Germany here. Finished the movie "The Hate U Give" right now. Damn, what an intense story. It touched my heart even if I don't have any personal experience in this kind of life struggling with those problems of racism... Why is the human society not learning from the past... Were all those failures not enough? Why still all those prejudices? Why still all this hate and violence? Isn't it right that in the end everyone, no matter which colour, culture, country or religion, is in search for love, for harmony, for respect and tolerance, simply all those good things in life? This search need to be a bridge between all of us! Maybe this is just a dream/an illusion. But there was also a famous person in the past, who was saying:"I HAVE A DREAM..." It seems like we need more dreamers, then maybe somewhen dreams become true...

I just watched the movie and I cried for the sheer injustice of it all. I know our pain and how it can be rectified but I'm afraid it will fall on death ears. PLEASE MY MELANINATED FAMILY, REMEMBER WHO YOU ARE😢. REMEMBER THE DAYS OF OLD. THE COVENANT WITH THE CHOSEN CANNOT BE BROKEN (DESCENDANTS of TRANSATLANTIC SLAVE TRADE). ITS A BLOOD IN AND BLOOD OUT COVENANT. THE HEAVENLY FATHER, YAHUAH DEMANDS IT OF US. START LIVING IN TORAH! THOSE WHO HAVE EARS LET THEM HERE. WHO AM I, I'M JUST A NOBODY TRYING TO TELL EVERYBODY ABOUT SOMEBODY WHO CAN SAVE ANYBODY. OUR ONE TRUE REDEEMER☝🏾❤️ FAMILY🙏🏾.

this song makes me cry even more now because of whats happening i hope that finally we can end this chapter of discrimination and finally come together with peace and no longer see the color of skin cause this just makes me mad and it needs to stop. discrimination should of never been a thing. No, I'm still crying after watching the movie 30 minutes ago. My hurt for all our brothers and sisters lost to a system that demonstrate perpetual hatred for us. Even the Bible talks of this in the fleshly body, it hurt. Divine disobedience has cost our people dearly. We need to return to following the Bible. Please family wake up. We will NEVER find relief from the very system that persecute us, it's just not going to happen. Look back at history to see how this chapter will end. We MUST collectively look up to our creator Yahuah (The Great I AM) to avenge us. The Creator will not give it allow that from the oppressors where HE sent us in ships. We must remember we are called by HIS name, humble ourselves, cease from our wickedness, as a nation of people, and praise HIM. Then and only then will HE hear our prayers and save us from our affliction. Not my words, this from the Bible itself. We should be willing to try. We have nothing else on earth to lose because their already killing us off one black life at a time.☝🏾❤️ Family 🙏🏾

I am the son of a Black Panther. I've been struggling my whole life for equality in all of it's measures. Some times against my own siblings. Both of my older brothers are two time felons. One of my sisters is a homophobe. I'm working on her. I don't have a gay bone in my body but they shouldn't be treated any different than the rest of us. I really stand behind this message and yes, it does bring tears to my eyes.

I was talking with somebody and he thought I was white so he tried to check me on sayin nigga. I told him to check himself for thinking I was white and so he did. He asked the homie about me and that nigga told him I am the blackest person he will ever meet. My friends march. They are the face of the struggle. They all tell me to chill out cause I don't react the same way. Real shit, I resort to their tactics. They want to take us out, I want to take them out so I stay away. My methods don't help us. BLACK IS EVERYTHING

I love is song. I maybe mexican but I was adopted by loving black family. They treated me with love and raised me to be who I am today. I love the movie so much everytime I watched I cried. The story may not be based on a true story but it felt real and relatable to a lot of people. I am happy to be raised by my family when my real family didn't want raised or wanted me. I hope to show my kids this when they grow up. Hopefully by then black lives would matter more then it is now.✊✊✊

I‘m not black and I can‘t understand how all this people fell and how this is possible. Especially nowadays. How can we proud to live as we know how we treat these people? They are as humans as we are! They have the same rights to live on this earth like us! I don‘t care what skin colour a human has, I care about the human himself. Hope someday this will be over and everybody will be treated as everybody else. I want a change. It needs change!

Sha Baddie All lives matter came from the phrase black lives matter, to lessen the meaning of black lives matter. That's usually how people use it in context when they say all lives matter or blue lives matter or whatever else. Black lives matter movement started because people don't care what happens to us when our innocent are shot in the street or unfairly incarcerated for YEARS. They usually have no consequence for the murder or the falsle accusers. And that's so sad that's so many people in our country care so little about a certain people that they don't bat an eye when they've been murdered that's what black lives matter is for.
