Bro, i woke up and heard this. It took some time to figure out what the hell was happening. Half asleep i thought of running out of the hote lol.

That is the elevator panel as this hotel has an unusual elevator system where you press a touchscreen but it also has a special handicap mode. The count up was because someone pressed the handicap by accident and then probably went to another panel so handicap mode was left on then got the elevator you see closing at 5:57.

Almost all NYC hotel rooms are small. At least there is counter space in bathroom. Many have almost none.

King terrace room? Sounds big. Kinda awkward no sound proofing. And the random alarm... Idk wanna visit my sister in nyc sometime soon.

The random alarm at 8 am on sunday morning was weird. It was a count down, which made it very very alarming. I woke up, half asleep i hear a count up. It took me a few seconds to figure out what was happening. Not a nice feeling lol.

Yea its an elevator position audible sound. Because the second floor can see down to first, you can hear the elevator count up and down. Terrible design. Plus its insanely loud. Basically it just tells you what floor the elevator is on.

@@tomsunday It came from an elevator panel on your floor as it was too loud to be coming from a different floor.

I've see few of your videos, why is it that you don't show other facilities of the hotel like the gyms? For some travelers it's important. Once you start doing and editing a video with a hotel review seems silly not to include the gym, etc.

Hi there! Thank you for your feedback. Your comment makes a lot of sense. If I did not show a gym, its most likely because they either didn't have one or it was just a small room with a few machines. It's hard to film small spaces when people are constantly working out there. However you have a very valid point and I will show all fitness centers if I ever make a hotel videos again. This content is a bit older and since then I changed this channels direction to 100 percent covering cruises.
