Arm Day in the Home Gym!!

Today we are doing a quick arm day workout in the home gym. Utilizing some supersets, not only will this be a quick workout, but very effective. This workout will effectively target the triceps, biceps, and shoulder muscles. Give it a try and let me know how it goes.

Nice work bro! Those bottoms up presses with the KB are no joke. I had to do waiters carries with a 26 pounder for PT shoulder stability, and it was ROUGH

Thanks man, yeah they are definitely a rough exercise and you really don’t need a lot of weight either especially when dealing w shoulder issues.

Thanks man!! Yeah it sucked but could have been worse so It’s all good. Just be careful with that thin handle, I was using 12lbs once and almost whacked myself in the head due to that smooth and thin handle 😂

Thanks man, yeah flooding sucks for sure especially when you gotta pay those emergency rates because it’s after hours. Just happy it wasn’t bad and got the water back on that night. I’m happy you like the handles, easily one of my favorites!!
