You literally can't move for days after rib breaks, you can't breathe without pain, you can't sleep well because if you roll over you feel like someone stabbing you. It's horrible, I've done it twice in my life, they take forever to heal too, especially the lower ones, plus some never do heal, and it's because they are always moving and flexing, so they mend by creating knots and rounded edges

How could you celebrate after beating an old guy with broken ribs? Yes cobra accepted the challenge but from a warrior stand point me myself would have just beat him and said I hope you feel better and showed love and respect. I want my opponents to be 100% so there’s no excuses and the victory is sweeter. Now the number one shit talk challengers will throw at him is that he beat an old guy with broken ribs.

Well you see, it's a show and many of these armwtlrs don't have that much, uh, let's say, on TV experience. Most of them have normal jobs and happen to work out and wants to test their strength in this 'sport'.So they are doing their best to act the part. push off the "pad", if your elbow is off the pad its a fault. It is not officially alowed to push your opponent off the pad on purpose to make him fault i believe, but it is to the referee to judge if it was intentionnal or not. He was crying cause Cobra pushed him off the pad so easily....
